Returning a faulty or incorrect article
If one of the articles you received isn't what you ordered or if you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Service (shop@chioaachen.de or +49 241-889 27 162) with the following information:

Your name and customer number
The invoice number
The article’s name and a description of the fault

A photo of the faulty or damaged article may also help to process your request as soon as possible.

 

How to exchange your articles
Need a different size? Please contact our Customer Service (shop@chioaachen.de or +49 241-889 27 162) and fill in the exchange form. Put the articles back in their original packaging, place them in the box and don’t forget to add the exchange form.
 

Returning an unwanted article
You have changed your mind and would like to return one or more articles? Within 14 days you can easily return your order, all you have to do is to contact our Customer Service (shop@chioaachen.de or +49 241-889 27 162) and to fill in the return form. Put the unwanted articles back in their original packaging, place them in the box and add the return form.
 

When will I get my refund?
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned articles. You will receive your refund by the same method you used to pay.
