How long does it take to recieve my order?

We try our best to have your articles delivered as soon as possible. Depending on your location and shipping method, the delivery times may vary. Within Germany your articles will usually be delivered within 2 to 4 days, within the EU or worldwide the shipping can take between 3 and 8 days. We reserve the right to change the delivery times shortly before, during and after our tournament. In case we are not able to deliver, we will contact you immediately.

 

How will my articles be shipped?

We ship out your order with Deutsche Post or DHL. But it also possible to use the "Click & Collect" option, which means you can pick up your articles free of charge at our office on the showgrounds in Aachen.


To which countries are deliveries made?

Our articles are made for all equestrian fans, which is why we deliver worldwide. Please note that for deliveries to non-European countries you may have to pay additional country-specific duties and/or taxes. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. You, as the purchaser, are responsible for any duties and/or taxes that are applied to your order. Duties and/or taxes are separate than shipping fees and are set by your local Customs Agency, please contact them for further information.

How are the shipping costs calculated?

The shipping costs vary according to country, weight and volume of the articles. Therefore, they are calculated individually and clearly indicated at the end of the ordering process. Thus, we make sure that you only pay the amount of the cheapest shipping method. The shipping costs within Germany do not exceed 4.90 EUR.


I would like to try "Click & Collect", the free pick-up service on the CHIO Aachen showgrounds, how do I do that?

After you have ordered your desired articles and selected "Click & Collect" you can pick them up at our office on the traditional showgrounds in Aachen. You will receive an email as soon as the articles are ready.  Please contact our ticket sales staff, the address is as follows - Albert-Servais-Allee 50, 52070 Aachen. Access is via Krefelder Straße, there are sufficient parking spaces available in front of our office.

 

Is there a chance to buy some of the articles on site, even if no tournament is going on?

There is a small selection of accessories that you can buy from our ticket sales staff. Unfortunately, we do not have a shop with fitting rooms where you can have a look at the whole collection. Please use our onlineshop.

Is it possible to buy the articles on site during the CHIO Aachen?

At any time during the tournament you can visit one of our four shops and buy your favorite articles of the collection. Please keep in mind, that a valid ticket is required. Only exception is the Soerser Sonntag, on this day the entrance to our traditional showgrounds is free of charge. A selection of accessories is also available at the info point in the ticket tent at the main entrance. Please be aware that all articles that you buy during the CHIO Aachen cannot be returned or exchanged in the onlineshop afterwards.

I want my shipping address to be a packing station

We are happy to deliver your ordered articles to a packing station.


I haven’t received my order yet, what can I do?

First, please check the delivery status of your package in your customer account. An email containing your shipping details will be sent to you right after the order has been processed and dispatched. If the tracking information is saying the package has been delivered but you have not received your order, please feel free to contact our customer service.
